Professor Che met Donald Tsang, the Chief Executive of HKSAR at the Government House in Central. Being the first Hong Kong scientist receiving the First Class Prize of the State Natural Science Award (SNSA), Professor Che received encouragement and support from the Chief Executive for his research work.
