About Us Path Separator News Path Separator 2013-02-01 A Project of "Excited States of Metal Complexes: Basic Research and Applications" is awarded

The project led by Professor C.M. Che to investigate the excited states of metal complexes has been awarded a grant of RMB 34 million over the next four years. It is granted from the National Basic Research Program (973 Program), organized and implemented by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China.

 

He will lead a team of about 100 scientists and engineers from Hong Kong and the Mainland. The project will investigate the use of excited states of metal complexes to solve two major issues facing China: energy shortages and environmental pollution.
